What is the difference between IPL and Laser Hair Removal?
The main difference between IPL and Laser is the type of light used. IPL or intense pulsed light , is a broadband pulsed light, whereas laser is a single monochromatic light source. You can expect up to 6 months’ permanent results from both.
Dose IPL work on all skin types and hair colors?
Unfortunately not all hair and skin types are suitable for IPL treatment. Generally, IPL does not work on blonde and red hair or every dark skin. Use our chart upon to see if IPL will work for you.
Does it hurt?
Nope!
Unlike other hair removal, IPL is basically painless . On higher settings, those with sensitive skin may experience some discomfort, but sticking with a lower intensity level makes treatment very gentle. Most describe it as a warm feeling.
When will I start seeing results? And are they permanent?
Most customers notice a reduction of hair growth after just 4 uses, then complete results after 12 uses.
Some people experience total baby-soft hairlessness after around 12 uses. Others sometimes require touch-ups beyond that, and that’s fine too!
Which areas of my body can I use my handset on?
